Award Journey
Valuchamp Award is a nomination based award. Winners will be the ones who are nominated by their colleagues as exemplary embodiments of TAM's core values.

Nomination
Date: October
Every TAMer has the opportunity to nominate one or more colleagues by submitting a story, using the form below, that showcases how their colleague spectacularly embodies one of TAM's core values.
Shortlisting and Evaluatuion
Date: November
1- The Award team will thoroughly review all submissions and compile a list of the most nominated TAMers.
2- The Award committee will then meet to select winners for each core value, delving deeper by requesting examples and stories to assess and verify the nominees

Stories filming
Date: December
Winning stories will be shot, with nominators sharing nominee stories.
Awarding
Date: January
The winners of each cycle are announced and celebrated.
